How do I book?

Click on the "Book Us" tab on the navigation bar and submit the inquiry form. We will then reach out to you within 24 hours of submission.

What does the cost include?

Set-up, breakdown and delivery within 20 mile radius of our location in Troy, NY. Additional delivery charges will apply to areas outside of these locations. When you submit your inquiry form to book, we will provide the total cost for your rental.

How much to book a backdrop?

A $50 non-refundable deposit is required to book your date and backdrop of choice. Your date and backdrop will not be held until the deposit is made.

When is final payment due?

The final payment is due 1 week prior to your event date. Last minute events booked during the 1 week time frame must be paid in full upon receipt.

Do you have delivery fees?

Yes, delivery charges are based on your event location. Delivery within 20 mile radius of our location in Troy, NY is included. Additional delivery charges will apply to any areas outside of these locations. When you submit the inquiry form to book, we will provide you the total cost for your rental.

Can I rent a backdrop for an outside event?

Backdrop rentals can be done for outside events that are under a covered tent. Direct sunlight, wind or rain can cause damage to the backdrops otherwise.

What forms of payment do you accept?

Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Check.
